--Send Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Request: Get FOIA request for you state here: FOIA request (you must edit accordingly)
Send (FOIA) Request to all government officials and CPS Actors via Certified Return Reciept mail (insert 20 digit number inside the letter as per the examples found here Example FOIA Requests)
